We understand that many bar exam candidates remain uncertain about the July 2020 bar exam. So, we wanted to share the latest updates from the NCBE®. Testing dates for the MBE®, MEE®, and MPT® have changed as a result of the ongoing pandemic. The question is, what will happen to the July bar exam in your jurisdiction and your exam prep or course.

As of yesterday, May 5th, NCBE provided critical updates on the July bar exam. The NCBE has announced that it will make its exam materials (MBE, MEE, and MPT) available to jurisdictions administering the July bar exam. You may see the announcement here. The NCBE will also continue to make its exam materials available to jurisdictions offering the Sep 9th to 10th exam and Sep 30th to Oct 1st exam. You may access an overview of the bar exam status by jurisdiction here

As of the date of this posting, these jurisdictions have announced that they have rescheduled their July bar exams as follows:

If you have bought or plan to buy the UWorld MBE QBank, we will work with you. If your jurisdiction has postponed your test, we will extend your QBank access until the next scheduled date in the fall. This will be at no additional cost to you.

We wish you safety and good health during this difficult time. And, of course, the best of luck in your MBE exam prep! For questions or concerns about the UWorld MBE QBank, please contact us at [email protected].
