How can you use flashcards on the UWorld MBE QBank?
You can easily create digital flashcards by quickly adding content from the answer explanations, or by entering your own notes. You can also use the spaced repetition feature, an evidence-based learning technique to improve your retention. Using spaced repetition, newly introduced and difficult flashcards are shown more frequently, while older and less difficult flashcards are shown less frequently.
How do I interpret the UWorld MBE QBank performance report?
UWorld’s MBE QBank provides a simplified report you can use to understand your overall performance, identify your weak subjects, and, within one click, start practicing questions from that specific subject.
Is the UWorld MBE QBank Adaptive?
The UWorld MBE QBank is based on an active-learning approach where students have complete control over their learning. While the questions presented in a custom test are not adaptive, reporting tools give you insights on your performance to identify their weaker areas so that you can improve.
Is there a UWorld MBE QBank App?
Yes. The UWorld MBE QBank App is available on both Android and iOS devices. The mobile app lets you practice with questions on the go. The app requires a valid subscription to access the course material.
Do you offer a discount?

How many licensed questions do you have? Do you have the newest questions released by the NCBE®?
We have licensed over 1,375+ questions from the NCBE. These include all of the newest NCBE questions (over 820 in total). Our UWorld MBE QBank now includes a brand new 200-question assessment that was created by the NCBE to mimic the actual MBE.
The remaining questions date back as far as 1992. Since the NCBE adjusted the format and style of MBE questions over ten years ago, we have updated all of the older NCBE questions to match what you will see on the current MBE.
How many questions do you have in each of the subjects tested in the MBE?
We currently have over 250 questions on each of the seven subjects tested on the MBE and are constantly working on developing additional questions for you.
How many simulated questions do you have and who writes them?
Because the licensed NCBE questions do not cover all of the topics tested on the MBE, our team of attorneys and law professors has carefully drafted around 600+ simulated MBE questions to round out your studies. We are continuously improving our existing content and developing new content that will help you prepare for the bar exam. As a result, the number of questions in our MBE QBank will likely increase over the course of your studies.
How can I tell the difference between a licensed and simulated MBE question?
Each question licensed from the NCBE has a copyright attribution (©) located at the bottom of the explanation, so you can easily identify which questions were written by the NCBE and which questions were written by our UWorld team. But we doubt that you’ll be able to tell otherwise since our team meticulously reviews each question to ensure that it perfectly matches the NCBE’s style.
Can I print my notes and flashcards?
At this time, you cannot print flashcards, but you can print any notes created in the UWorld MBE QBank. Click on ‘Tools’ on the left side of your screen, then select ‘Notes’ from the drop-down menu. All of your notes will appear on your screen. To print them, simply click the printer icon located in the upper-righthand corner.
Why do I need to take a supplemental course?
Most students who prepare for the bar exam enroll in a comprehensive bar review course. Although these courses prepare you for all aspects of the bar exam, many only provide you with simulated MBE questions. The MBE is typically the most critical component of the bar exam, and the best way to prepare is by practicing with questions that are representative of the actual exam. That’s why we licensed over 1,575+ MBE questions that have appeared on past bar exams.
Additionally, our in-depth explanations and accompanying visuals are unmatched, and our content is written so that anyone can understand the core legal concepts tested on the MBE and apply them successfully on exam day. Not to mention our interactive tools, such as digital flashcards and notes, which promote active learning and help you retain the information you learn. We also provide you with comprehensive reports to help you identify your weak subjects and focus on improving those topics. As a result, our MBE supplemental QBank gives you an edge when preparing for the MBE.
Will my subscription be extended if the bar exam gets canceled or postponed?
Absolutely! If the bar exam you were planning to take gets canceled or postponed, we will extend your access to the QBank until the new exam date.
What does “customizable exams” mean?
It means you can create your own test by choosing from a pool of 2,000+ questions. Our UWorld MBE QBank allows you to select questions from any subject and/or chapter tested on the MBE. You can choose to answer unseen questions or questions that you previously answered incorrectly. You can even choose between ‘Timed’ and ‘Tutor’ mode. This customization gives you full power to personalize your study based on what questions and how many questions you want to answer while studying for the exam.
Does the UWorld MBE QBank work well for international students?
One of the key differences between our MBE QBank and other MBE products is the quality of our explanations. We use illustrations, tables, and charts to ensure that students can grasp the concepts quickly and easily. We also define important legal terms that appear in our explanations to keep you from having to pick up a dictionary. It is especially useful for international students for whom English is their second language.
